Shipping policy

OUR CURRENT LEAD TIME IS 10 - 15 BUSINESS DAYS FROM DATE OF ORDER AND PROCESSED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

All deliveries must be signed and received in by the customer. If you were not available for delivery, check your local postal outlet or for delivery notices. Should your order be returned for non-received (NOT NON-DELIVERED) we will re-ship, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment cost. 
 

RATES: 

Shipping fees will be calculated in the shopping cart during checkout and before confirming your order. Tracking numbers will be provided for all Expedited Parcel & XpressPost shipments. 

We cannot be held responsible for delay by the receivers county's customs or delays due to Canada Post. All delivery dates are approximations, even for "guaranteed" dates issued by Canada Post. All duties, applicable taxes and custom fees are to be paid by the customer. 

RETURNS: 

All graphics and lettering are custom cut and non-refundable, no store credit or exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS: 

The customer has three business days to contact us. After that time your order will be fulfilled within our lead time for production and shipped.

DEFECTIVE MATERIAL: 

We do not cover claims for damage caused during shipment, improper installation, use in extreme conditions and improper care of graphics.  

UNSPECIFIED, TIME SENSITIVE DELIVERY DATES:

We will not ship orders via a specific delivery date unless the buyer makes arrangements with us before purchasing. Any unspecified requests will be treated via our specified production and shipping transit time.
