Refund policy

All graphics and lettering are custom cut and non-refundable, no store credit or exchanges. All sales are final.

Issues with your order

Please inspect your order upon reception. You must contact us within three business days if there are missing graphic components, length, height or color(s) are incorrect, the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

RacelineDigital.com does not cover claims of damage caused during shipment, improper installation, use in extreme conditions, and improper care of graphics. 

Third Party Installations

Raceline Digital obligations are void once the customer forwards the graphics to a third party for installation. We will however resupply any or all of the graphics due to improper installation, misplacement of graphics elements or damage during application at the customer / installers expense. Once the product is applied our obligation ends.

European Union 14 day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

Under EU consumer law, online and distance purchases are protected by a mandatory 14-day "cooling-off" period, during which buyers can cancel an order and return goods for any reason without justification.

Timeframe: You have exactly 14 calendar days from the day you receive the physical goods to notify the Raceline Digital of your withdrawal. There is a button "EU Withdrawal Contract" in our Customer Service menu to request a return.

Refund Window:

Once the cancellation is submitted, Raceline Digital will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs within 14 days once the goods are returned.

Return Costs: Buyer must pay for the return shipping costs.

If you have any further question, please do not hesitate to contact us. No Justification Needed: You do not need to provide a reason for the return.
