Shipping policy

AUGUST 29, 2026 US TARIFFS ON CANADIAN PRODUCTS

It is with disappointment we inform you that the United States have levied a 50% tariff on most Canadian products, including ours.

Our compromise is to lesson the tariff cost to US customers by reducing the rate from 50% to 25%. effective immediately.

Raceline Digital will absorb the remaining 25% in order to keep our business open and continue to provide the best quality products and services possible.

We value all of our customers and have established many long lasting relations with businesses alike for 30 years.

DELIVERY

If you were not available for delivery, check your local postal outlet for delivery notices. Should your order be returned to us for non-received (NOT NON-DELIVERED) we will re-ship, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

RATES: 

Shipping fees will be calculated in the shopping cart during checkout and before confirming your order. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments (except Canada Post Small Packets). 

CUSTOMS

WHERE APPLICABLE ALL CUSTOMS, DUTY FEES AND TAXES MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. 

We cannot be held responsible for delay by the receivers county's customs or postal hubs / delivery transit time. All delivery dates are approximations.

RETURNS: 

All graphics and lettering are custom cut and non-refundable, no store credit or exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS: 

The customer has three business days to contact us. After that time your order will be fulfilled within our lead time for production and shipped.

DEFECTIVE MATERIAL: 

We do not cover claims for damage caused during shipment, improper installation, use in extreme conditions and improper care of graphics.  

UNSPECIFIED, TIME SENSITIVE DELIVERY DATES:

We will not ship orders via a specific delivery date unless the buyer makes arrangements with us before purchasing.

Plan ahead as we will not expedite orders to meet last minute requests. Unspecified requests will be treated via our production and shipping transit time as stated.
